Brice founded Baxter Construction in the summer of 1995. He has earned several certifications in construction and restoration, including:
- CAPS, Certified Aging in Place
- CGR, Certified Graduate Remodeler
- Certified Green Professional - Certified Asbestos Supervisor
- IICRC Water Techinician - State certified to teach Continuing Ed.
Brice was named Remodeler of the Year for 2007, 2008, 2012 and 2015 by the Central Washington Home Builders Association.
His hobbies are hiking, photography, traveling and reading. He loves spending time with his wife, Melissa and their five sons.
Heath came to Baxter Construction in June of 2012. Heath has been in the construction and restoration industry since 1993. Heath has worked in new residential, multi-family and commercial construction, as well as custom remodel, repair and restoration of both residential and commercial properties.
Heath earned his Bachelors in Accounting at Central Washington University. He also currently holds a certification from IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), and is a Certified Lead Renovator (RRP).
In his spare time he enjoys working around his home and is an avid football fan GO HAWKS! He enjoys the outdoors, golfing, fly fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Gene came to Baxter Construction in August of 2011. Gene has lived in the Yakima Valley for all of his life and is known in the Construction Industry for his work in the Construction Equipment Rental and Sales sector. Gene holds certifications from the IICRC as a Water Restoration Technician(WRT), Carpet Cleaning Technician(CCT) and Health & Safety Technician(HST). Gene is in charge of our Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, First Response and Cleaning Departments along with being or Safety Officer and Forklift and AWP certified trainer.
Gene is married to his lovely wife, Tami, and has four kids and one grandson and three granddaughters. When Gene is not at work he is working at home in the yard and every fall since 1983 Gene can be found Officiating High School Football in the Yakima and Kittitas Valleys. Gene is involved with his church and currently serves as the Head Usher and Security. Gene is also a Volunteer Fireman with the Gleed Volunteer Fire Department Yakima County District #6 and was selected as District #6 Firefighter of the Year in 2015.
